Des r\u00e9sultats peuvent \u00eatre obtenus avec cette man\u0153uvre lorsqu\u2019elle est effectu\u00e9e alors que le pr\u00e9puce est encore \u00e9lastique, comme dans le cas du phimosis cong\u00e9nital. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, lorsque le pr\u00e9puce a perdu sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9tirer, effectuer des exercices pr\u00e9putiaux peut provoquer l\u2019apparition de l\u00e9sions cutan\u00e9es. Les exercices d\u2019\u00e9tirement pour le phimosis n\u2019offrent rien en mati\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la situation, ils peuvent m\u00eame la compliquer. Elle a pour bu de cr\u00e9er une action antifibrotique et anti-inflammatoire sur la peau du pr\u00e9puce afin de faciliter le d\u00e9calottage du gland.<br>\u00a0<br>Des analyses indiquent que l\u2019application locale d\u2019une cr\u00e8me st\u00e9ro\u00efde rend la peau plus fine et r\u00e9duit ainsi la composante inflammatoire. C\u2019est en quelque sorte cet \u00abeffet secondaire\u00bb qui la rend efficace pour le traitement du phimosis cong\u00e9nital chez les jeunes.<br>\u00a0<br>Dans le cas du phimosis acquis, certains pensent que l\u2019application d\u2019une simple pommade sur le p\u00e9nis, avec l\u2019exercice associ\u00e9 du pr\u00e9puce, aide \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me. Cependant, cette th\u00e9orie a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9fut\u00e9e par de nombreuses recherches qui ont analys\u00e9 le traitement du phimosis avec des pommades placebo (non st\u00e9ro\u00efdes), montrant des r\u00e9sultats peu concluants (positifs sous 20 %).<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"3\"><\/div><h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-c2bc09f\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-c2bc09f \"><strong><strong>Les cr\u00e8mes pour le traitement du Phimosis Fonctionnent-elles ? Recherche scientifique<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"gspb_text-id-gsbp-aacd537\" class=\"gspb_text gspb_text-id-gsbp-aacd537 \">Les donn\u00e9es scientifiques dans le domaine sont toujours li\u00e9es \u00e0 des recherches sur le phimosis cong\u00e9nital juv\u00e9nile.<br><br>Il est important de souligner cela pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce que le phimosis chez les jeunes est assez diff\u00e9rent du phimosis chez l\u2019adulte (le phimosis cong\u00e9nital est diff\u00e9rent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte).<br>La recherche scientifique internationale \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9ponse du phimosis \u00e0 l\u2019application locale de st\u00e9ro\u00efdes\u00a0\u00bb par C.\u00a0S.\u00a0Kikiros, S.\u00a0W.\u00a0Beasley et A.\u00a0A.\u00a0Woodward du Service de chirurgie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Royal Children\u2019s Hospital en Australie a analys\u00e9 l\u2019effet de la th\u00e9rapie par pommade pour le phimosis (trois types diff\u00e9rents) appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 un jeune public (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 16\u00a0ans) avec divers degr\u00e9s de phimosis cong\u00e9nital.<br>La conclusion du groupe d\u2019analyse \u00e9tait que l\u2019application locale d\u2019une pommade st\u00e9ro\u00efde sur le pr\u00e9puce r\u00e9sout le phimosis cong\u00e9nital juv\u00e9nile dans plus de 60\u00a0% des cas, mais si le pr\u00e9puce a une cicatrice blanche circonf\u00e9rentielle (anneau phimotique), il a une plus faible probabilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre au traitement.
